Lockbox EQ Team Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day functions of 10 - 12 Operations Representatives in an Image Processing Center while ensuring quality, procedure adherence, and daily deadlines are achieved. Will lead/support internal department projects and participate on image-related initiatives.
  • EQ (Exception Queue) Team is responsible for manually processing electronic check and document images for all transactions that are processed by the Lockbox Capture Sites. When Kofax, a character recognition system is unable to identify document types, the transactions are routed to the appropriate Exception Queue.
  • Conduct huddles as needed to ensure ongoing communication and reinforce training as appropriate. Partner with Learning Consultant to understand employee training needs and utilize process improvement opportunities to establish action plans to reach optimal performance results.
  • Conduct regular performance discussions and documents Performance Development Plans.
  • Manage EMPLOYEE satisfaction while maintaining Focus on the Customer. Regularly demonstrates Bank of America Core Values.
