Technical Delivery Lead - Core Technology Infrastructure

Who You Are:

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will provide overall performance test oversight, escalate risks and track performance test progress. He/she will work with stakeholders on a daily basis to understand business needs and priorities that can be translated into non-functional requirements to support build, execution, and monitoring capabilities for an application's overall performance health and stability.

What You Will Do

  • Prioritize scope, maintain budget, and define testing timelines

  • Executive level communication (written/verbal) to business and technology stakeholders of status, risks, issues

  • Works closely with application development, architecture, infrastructure and production support groups for defect triage and production planning

  • Reports findings according to a defined process, such as sending an email

  • Participate in project/team meetings and actively contribute

  • Have a solid understanding of Agile methodology with expertise in Jira/Rally

  • Have a good understanding of Performance testing process(Experience in Loadrunner/Jmeter)

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of previous hands on experience managing technology projects

  • Understanding of Agile Methodology and JIRA

  • Project Estimation and Resource Forecasting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication of status, timeline, issues, risks with ability to translate complex technical issues into business context

  • Build relationships with key business and technology stakeholders

  • Application knowledge of critical business flows with focus on end user experience Defect management and escalation Resource Management

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of Splunk or App Dynamics

  • Prior experience working with external development vendors

Supports for End to End Technology for programs and projects. Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects. Manages multiple projects or a single major project. Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions. Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment. Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility. Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders. Use the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
