Client Srvc Analyst

Job Description:

As part of the Client Data & Project Enablement Team within Operations, the Private Bank Client Transfer Team (CTT) serves as a central resource to transfer clients into or out of the Private Bank Line of Business. This individual will work closely with Private Bank Lines of Business as well as other business and operational groups to manage the transfer process, ensuring to adhere to all proper procedures and protocols necessary to successfully complete each request. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for providing guidance for party maintenance and party linkage inquiries. The Private Bank Client Transfer Team may also provide analytical support for various data issues impacting Private Bank Clients.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate, disseminating complex concepts into plain-English, easy to follow explanations for branch office staff and business partners
  • The ability to effectively interact with business partners at all levels
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive service experience
  • Strong research, analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills and experience
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively throughout the day
  • Motivated individual who is a team player, willing to support team processes, team members and management
  • Ability to multi-task as well as quickly and effectively react to changes
  • Working knowledge of the Private Bank Lines of Business
  • Excel knowledge – familiarity with analyzing data within spreadsheets
