Job description

This role is a critical part of the Global Revenue Management team and sits under the Global Head of Account Analysis (Billing) Product Management.  This role manages the International analysis product function, responsible for billing & collection of transaction fees for non-US clients: 
• Partnering closely with regional business partners - including Sales, Operations, Service, Technology & Product Management - to setup new products & services and ensure accurate pricing, billing & collection of fee revenue
• Directing the day-to-day responsibilities for EMEA Revenue Management, including bid reviews & competitor analyses
• Lead for accuracy of international tax implications & management of tax experts related to billing matters
• Overseeing the annual global Pricing Review from a regional perspective
• Ensuring that risk is appropriately mitigated from an international billing perspective in line with GTS Principles for client fee billing
• Serving as an ad hoc special project manager for client facing solutions

Required Skills

• 10+ years required experience
• Bachelor degree in business / Masters degree a plus

• Strong financial, analytical, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Strong consultative and organizational skills
• Ability to operate at both highly conceptual and at a very practical level

• Computer and system literacy

Desired Skills

• Experience in transaction banking or product management capacity
• Knowledge of BofA GTS products, operations, technology and/or risk/compliance environment
• Prior experience with billing & analysis systems
