Sr. Audit Manager - Product Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products, at the program level in a scaled Agile model. Key responsibilities include defining the target state and roadmap for the foundational components of a new build platform, prioritizing the features/epics in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and development teams. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with Product Owners to ensure they are aligned on priorities. They are experts of the products, business or technology domain, and the industry in which the product operates.

  • Responsible for the roadmap, design, and build and adoption the foundational layer of a new platform to replace CACR tools. The focus of this role is driving the platform layer including access provisioning model, system administration capabilities, data migration, policy adherence to GIS and GTO requirements, and core features/software to be adopted by the applications.
  • Roadmap, design, build and adoption for Business Support Tools and Utilities including Data Remediation tools and Processes, Utilities for Data Governance, Platform Operational Metrics with Operational Excellence goals of Automation, Efficiency and Simplification
  • Leads strategic decisions on the design, functional requirements, and target state based on SME requirements, GTO policy, Data and Information Management requirements and business strategy, specifically serving as a single point of contact with a complete grasp of the requirements and business value of the product/delivery
  • Oversees a working group of stakeholders and subject matter experts across Corporate Audit Credit Review and technology support (GTO) to inform design and functionality while ensuring the team stays on track to meet the business goals. Sets performance goals for the working group and provides formal updates to individual managers.
  • Responsible for communicating with senior management on the vision of the product/deliverables, project status and escalation of risks
  • Create and prioritize features/epics in the program backlog; empowered to make decisions about trade-offs with emerging work versus planned work
  • Refine, review, and accept features/epics with the Product Owners to ensure there is enough “ready” work for the upcoming 1-2 quarters
  • Manages day-to-day efforts of contract resources providing support for requirements, task management, and industry perspective
