GWIM Sr Team Operations Manager

Job Description:

Senior Team Manager Role will lead a diverse team providing Account Opening, Client Servicing and Operational Processing support of Merrill Lynch Bank and Trust Cayman. The role will lead all interaction with Internal and External Business Partners for support of the MLBTC product offerings. Interaction would include leading discussions with Risk, Compliance, Audit (External and Internal), Legal, Finance, Product as well as interacting with Various Operational Support teams. The role requires experience in Leading Teams, Interacting with Risk Governance Functions and demonstrating a track record of excellent client services. The role will also work closely with Leaders across GWIM Banking Operations to identify opportunities to centralize similar processes in the hopes of gaining efficiencies.

Required:

  • 3+ Years Of Team Manager Experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with project management across complex technology, people, and process
  • Proven success with both identifying and delivering innovative solutions for business problems
  • Understanding of the application of analytics/statistics/process engineering to financial services to drive results
  • Experience in managing High Risk Processes
  • Experience in Managing both internal and external Audit requests
  • Ability to present to Senior Leadership on large scale projects and manage horizontal projects with impacts across Wealth Management Operations
