Role Description:

This role will work in the Collateral Management team supporting the technology executive with a key focus on:

  • Financials – managing the business as usual and initiatives budgets for Collateral Technology ensuring that projects are appropriately resourced and actual expenses incurred are within 1% of budget
  • Staff planning – liaising with the Collateral technology senior leaders globally with regards to staff planning ensuring the appropriate mix of seniority and diversity within each location and managing the approval process for requisitions
  • Location planning – managing the seating requirements for our team in each location
  • Project and program initiation and support – management of projects relating to risk and control initiatives such as business restoral

The Team:

The GMOT team provides Collateral, Banking, and Treasury Technology to global users in Collateral and GWIM Operations, Brazil and Turkey users. This role will be pivotal to providing the connection between all the key players in the organisation. The team is friendly, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and we are looking for somebody who wants to be part of and cultivate a strong sense of community within the organisation. We are part of the Global GMOT Collateral team with colleagues in Singapore, New Jersey, Chicago and India. We are looking for someone to be involved in key projects within the organisation providing hands-on support to Jo Cardwell to help facilitate the smooth execution of our program of work with appropriate attention to financials, staffing and team culture.

Core Skills:

  • Experienced project professional ideally with prior experience at Bank of America.
  • Experience in Financial Services or a large corporate organisation is desirable
  • Excellent analytical\problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong financial skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Analytical mind with logical approach to problem solving
  • Pro-active self-starter with the ability to operate independently
