Client Reporting Analyst II

Job Description:

A Client Reporting Analyst II within the Fraud Claims and Operations Reporting Team provides reporting platforms that are insightful, reliable, easy-to-use, scalable and sustainable. The team is responsible for managing over 100 reports for the Fraud Claims and business control area; as well as developing new reporting that leverages the latest Business Intelligence (BI) Tools, including MicroStrategy and Tableau.

This position manages existing reports within Excel, MicroStrategy, and Tableau, assists with the development new reporting capabilities, as well as modernizing legacy reporting using MicroStrategy / Tableau technology. As such, the analyst must have these qualifications:

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and have an ability to “translate” business and analytics requirements into technical specifications. 
  • Develop and maintain database objects and ETL to support data preparation for BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and Self-Serve analytic capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Highly technical and experienced developer responsible for end-to-end Report and Data ETL Automation using SQL, Teradata, and/or Hadoop (3+ years)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel.
  • Meet development project deadlines and enhance existing reporting while maintaining production service level agreements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of the Fraud & Claims data environment and business

• MicroStrategy / Tableau / Alteryx developer experience
