Cons Prod Strategic Analyst II - MVSO Operational Optimization Letters

Job Description:

The Consumer Product Strategy Analyst II will be responsible for work assignments related to the MVSO . Provides analytics to leadership for business performance and the timely performance of mailings. May be required to produce reporting relative to the business metric performance, and that performance may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Serves as secondary contact to senior department managers and exam management partners for critical change initiatives and or insight into historical letter performance. Partners with the business to develop and track initiatives, including ongoing success measures.

-Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation and reporting

-Accountable for developing and relaying critical information through reporting and to support performance by socializing risk mitigation strategies

-Effectively communicates with managers, peers, business partners and exam management on deliverables, timeliness and support required

-Participates in projects and monitors controls  using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective completion

-Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 3+ plus years of Mortgage Servicing support experience

Required Skills:

- Knowledge and understanding of GT&O businesses, specifically Mortgage Solutions acumen

-Solid foundation of the Mortgage Servicing processes including in-depth knowledge of systems

- Knowledge and experience in use of Mortgage applications such as Pega Letter Request Manager and Pega Default Workflow

-Knowledge or use of MDX database and/or source table knowledge related to MSP may be helpful

- Basic statistics knowledge and ability to comprehend and analyze standard performance data

- Strong time management and the capability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Demonstrates the ability to synthesize multiple messages delivering key summaries appropriate for both executive and front line communications

- Able to analyze data and trends at a deeper level, report and escalate when needed, recognize trends in performance and identify systemic skill gaps to curate solution

 - Identifies key drivers and opportunities; identifies levers that influence trends; then prioritizes focus for greatest and most critical impact.

- Demonstrates personal accountability to support and meet all deadlines for new initiatives or exams/audits

Desired Skills

- 3 years experience in Technology including but not limited Default Workflow, Document Management Portal, Letter Request Manager (LRM) , Centralized Rules Decision Engine (CRDE)

- Reporting platform experience such as Strategic Reporting Platform (eSRP) and/or MicroStrategy, Tableau experience preferred

-Experience or Knowledge of the MVSO Loss Mitigation model preferred
