Line of Business Description:

Timely manage and resolve dealer initiated requests relating to Retail Auto, RV, Marine, Motorcycle and Aircraft installment loans.  Responsibilities include but not limited to performing routines, complex account servicing and maintenance for Credit Insurance Refunds/Rebates. Perform in-depth research on inquiries by understanding bank products and transactions.  Responsibilities also involve coordination of multiple departments and line of business to ensure quality service and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal/external clients. Fast paced processes need self-initiated performer who can understand upstream and downstream effects of the business for these processes.  Intermediate level position performs routine and various functions under limited supervision. Decisions have moderate to high impact on internal and external customer relationships. Will have direct contact with internal/external clients. Team player but can also work independently.

Required Skills:

  • Will require good working knowledge of applications used to complete tasks, with solid knowledge of overall PC functionality in a Windows environment to include excel and dual monitor navigation
  • Strong typing skills and ability to navigate through web based systems
  • Strong inbound/outbound phone skills. Customer-centric focus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to perform multiple tasks within limited time frames
  • Perform research and balance monetary transactions
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibit professional demeanor in all situations
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change without negative impact to performance and/or productivity
  • Must have a proven track record of delighting customers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and overtime as needed

Desired Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • General knowledge of products/services including basic understanding of simple-interest loans
  • Initiative to understand business unit objectives and end to end processes. Knowledge of Dealer Services
