E-Trading Infrastructure DevOp - Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:

Individual will be required to perform development and operational activities to support the message-oriented middleware in the electronic trading space. Collaborate with regional and globally distributed teams in order to maintain and enhance existing and new messaging architectures. Our software development focuses on building infrastructure and accelerating work through automation. Reporting into a line of business within the CTO organization and working with TI Enterprise teams.  He/she will work with stakeholders daily to resolve/work on Incidents, Problems, Changes and Service Requests.

Required Skills:

  • Perl, Python, Bash or any C derivative (C++, Java)

  • Working in a UNIX/Linux environment

  • Data structures & databases (SQL & No SQL)

  • Expereince with MW products such as Webshpere and MQ

Technology Infrastructure Organization:

Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications in the Global Markets environment. Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs as well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture. Employees work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications. Employees are expected to have in-depth capital markets product knowledge, and manage a high level of risk. Employees typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. Is clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Individual contributor role. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
