Consumer Credit Card Digital Integration Strategies Lead

Job Description:

The Consumer Credit Card Onboarding & Engagement Strategies Team is responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive feature adoption, increase product engagement, and deepen client relationships.  The associate in this role will collaborate across the organization to identify and develop cross functional strategies to improve client engagement.  Key functions include data analysis, business case creation, project management, report creation, and partnering with digital and technology teams.

This associate will be responsible for:

• Conducting research and analytics to understand the card product digital landscape and identifying  opportunities through those insights

• Developing behavioral based strategies that drive digital and product engagement

• Assessing and communicating Consumer Credit Card digital engagement performance

• Collaborating across digital and product teams to optimize initiative investments

• Developing compelling business cases and gaining consensus for approval

• Partnering to deliver initiative roadmaps and client engagement journeys

• Communicating at the executive level in both written and verbal format

Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights

• Experienced with business case development, project management, and risk governance process

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously including organizing and prioritizing to meet deadlines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate a matrix organization to gain consensus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to speak across all levels of the organization

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

• Experienced in developing and delivering executive presentations utilizing PowerPoint

Desired Skills:

• 3+ years of card product or digital experience

• Experience utilizing Tableau

• MBA
