Line of Business Role Description

Operating in the commercial real estate banking business, the Concierge Service role is aligned to support internal partners with responding to and organizing requests. The Concierge Servicer contributes to the servicing of basic real estate loans, including construction, term, lines of credit and letters of credit. With supervision, reviews loan advance documents prepared by clients/third party vendors to validate and coordinate service requests to internal partners. The Concierge Service Representative  will be expected to independently review requests, categorize the work item, send the request to an internal partner and advise the client of status. The Concierge Service Representative is expected to do this within the metrics and service level agreements established in Commercial Real Estate. With supervision, also manages certain request types offering first touch resolution to client/internal partner needs. Proficient with a number of computer programs, including Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication skills; effective problem solving skills.

Required Skills

• Credit experience
• 1 year of customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft office, SharePoint and Shared drive systems
• Great time management skills and pays attention to detail
• Communicates well with clients/peers
• Excellent Organizational Skills
