Your background

1. Ensure adherence to relevant SEBI and Exchange regulations/guidelines
2. Processing and settlement of cash & stock with Clearing corporation and Clients
3. NFRR Regulatory reporting to the Exchanges/Clearing corporation
4. Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
5∙ Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
6∙ Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
7∙ Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
8∙ Previous experience within a settlement team
9. Knowledge of Operational Risk, Client Money Protection and Funding

What you can expect

Candidate will be part of Settlement Team for BofA SI performing back office operations, preparing daily trade settlement reports, monitoring account transactions, managing client accounts & reconciling balances


What you will do

- Resolution and escalation of matched and unmatched settlement for Clients cash & Stock
- Timely response to client queries regarding the settlement of their trades
- Client Fails Reporting 
- Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of Client fails
- Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives Breaks investigation and resolution
