Operations Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership of Operations Analyst in the day to day execution of business activities and problem resolution.
  • Processing, analyzing, and evaluating complex participant lender tax situations.
  • Drive to exceed performance goals, manage service levels, and metrics.
  • Provide 360-feedback, skill development, and training.
  • Participate in project management and/or process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and solve for process efficiencies and enhancements.
  • Act as an ambassador of the risk culture.
  • Assist team in gathering and organizing data that will help track, report and manage internal control gap issues and mitigation plans.
  • Bring new thoughts and ideas to drive innovation and unique solutions.
  • Influence change by identifying process gaps and recommending appropriate solutions – in compliance with current laws and regulation.
  • Process, analyze, and evaluate complex situations.
  • Provide analytical, administrative support within an internal control environment.
  • Research and document organizational reviews, workflow analysis, policy/procedure management, and analysis.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years related experience, certifications, college degree, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to target messaging to different audiences.
  • Exhibit prioritization skills and ability to multi-task to complete various deliverables.
  • Proficient in identifying data entry from a variety of sources, paper-based and/or electronic, into the loan system of record. 
  • Proven “self-starter” and willingness to collaborate with others, including partners, leaders, and peers.
  • Strong organizational, problems solving, and decision making skills.
  • Work effectively with others by establishing and maintaining productive working relationships.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
