Client Quantitative Analytics Executive- Reporting COE Lead

Job Description:

The Reporting Center of Excellence Lead will lead a team of 100+ members, managing 8-10 direct reports to cover reporting across the lines of business. This role serves as leader for the largest portion of the AMI organization, and is responsible for a team that specs and builds high-volume, high efficiency, dynamic reporting. The Reporting COE Lead will work directly with data strategy leads within the AMI org as well as operational leads within the LOB to design, build and maintain reporting solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with data strategists to determine reporting needs
  • Build & Deploy Reporting Solutions
  • Standardization of reporting outputs
  • Creation and training for Self-Servicing Reporting Tools

Key Deliverables:

  • Reporting Requirements
  • Automated Dashboards in Microstrategy or Tableau
  • Focus on data visualization
  • Self-service dashboards and training

Minimally Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in a reporting/data visualization, preferably in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience in supervising technical or complex projects and managing to an outcome (direct management)
  • Experience with development of people resources
  • Ability to manage and resolve competing priorities
  • Knowledge of current data techniques, and tools
  • Ability to evaluate and make business trade-offs
  • Ability to effectively communicate at senior levels
