This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the organisation in response to strategic, discretionary and mandated initiatives.  The key purpose of the role is to partner with Operations, Technology and the business to implement multiple and varied change initiatives providing a great opportunity for knowledge expansion and creating an extensive network of professional contacts.

The role will be as a Change Manager working in the EMEA Operations Change and Transformation team within Global Markets.   The change portfolio includes a mix of initiatives of varied scale, scope and complexity. For some projects, the team manages the initiative from inception through to implementation; for others, the team is accountable for just part of the project life cycle (such as production of a business case and requirements or co-ordination of user acceptance testing) feeding into a larger program of work. 

Responsibilities include:

Managing all aspects of the project lifecycle:

  • Problem analysis and definition
  • Developing project schedules and milestones
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues
  • Developing and implementing testing strategies
  • Co-ordinating activities across all stakeholder groups
  • Maintaining and publishing project documentation in line with Enterprise Change Standards
  • Communication to stakeholder groups reporting on progress against plan, RAIDS and budget utilization (via working groups, governance etc.)
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews in order to draw out lessons learnt and ensure benefit realization
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of change management processes and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in Global Market Operations and/or project or change management
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with individuals across the organisation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Experience with DAIC and Agile methodologies advantageous
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Inquisitive mind-set with a strong desire for process improvement

Other Qualifications:

  • Previous involvement in regulatory projects background advantageous
  • Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas in order to drive innovation and unique solutions
