Product Manager

Job Description:

Develops and manages credit products for commercial and corporate

credit. Ensures that product is sustainable through product management

effort that integrates with sales, marketing, operations, technology,

implementation and servicing. Responsibilities: manage the end-to-end

client and employee experience with Credit Product(s) including:

integration with multiple lines of business, digital experience, market

research and competitive analyses, working with Pricing Manager to

determine product pricing, developing short- and long-term

strategies/outlooks for assigned product(s), and designing and tailoring

products to meet client needs. Competencies required include

demonstrated strategic planning/product and process management skills,

strong analytical skills with breadth of view, knowledge of commercial

credit products, negotiation skills, and 5 to 7 years of related experience.

* Required Skills:  (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified)

- Commercial Credit experience, including work across the value chain (from sales to underwriting, fulfillment and servicing)

- Product management, process design or project management experience

* Desired Skills: Additional, valuable skills include knowledge of underlying credit processes to deliver these products (structuring, underwriting, pricing and profitability, fulfillment, servicing, Trade, real estate…), project management, basic process design and risk/reward balance.
