Marketing Product Manager I

Job Description:

The Associate Channel Offers and Outreach team is seeking a Program Development Manager.  The role is responsible for working with Portfolio managers and Segment/Product Marketing partners to develop associate offer scripting and messaging for targeted insights and opportunities in Financial Center and Contact Center.  Additionally, this role will manage offers directly and support the development process for customer-level offers and relationship deepening insights to our customer facing associates.

In partnership with Portfolio Managers, Segment Marketing, Product and Sales Performance partners, this associate will deliver associate scripting that leverages product/service marketing talking points and channel sales process tactics to enable effective client/associate deepening conversations.  Scope will include all products and services offered in Financial and Contact center channels.

Representative daily responsibilities:

  • Meet with Portfolio Managers to assess incoming scripting requests
  • Prepare offer scripting to align with product/service messaging and associate readiness.
  • When required, work with FC and CC leaders to assess associate readiness for scripted instruction or messaging
  • When needed call and host meeting with offer stakeholders to develop and approve script drafts
  • Submit scripting to MAP for LRC approval
  • Maintain pipeline of scripting/messages requiring annual review in MAP and overall inventory of active Targeted Offers
  • Manage select portfolio of offers end-to-end
  • Support Offers development process with standard reporting and reference material

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of financial services marketing, agency or comparable experience
  • Experience in marketing channel management or sales performance roles
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly reprioritize campaigns or offer inventory as performance metrics and channel objectives warrant
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders across the organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey large amounts of information 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of an organization, regardless of direct authority; track record of working closely with senior executive leadership
  • Strong critical thinking skills and business acumen with understanding of associate channel marketing

Complementary Qualifications:

  • Associate channel knowledge or experience
  • Data or targeting experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment with partners in multiple locations.
  • Sharepoint knowledge
