Business Support Lead II

Job Description:

The Business Support Lead II will perform diverse, advanced and confidential business support functions including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence. Gather, compile and report information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time. Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs.

Provide initiative and project support, partner with manager to support peak associate onboarding needs, support Business Continuity efforts, partner on data management related activities, manage team meeting agenda and routines, support the development of communications and participate on risk-wide projects.

The Business Support role provides business support to the Business Operations, Business Controls and Issues Management team within the Global Risk Management COO organization. This role also; involves some minor calendar support, travel arrangement, expense reimbursement submissions, and phone coverage.

Required Skills & Experience

•    3 years of experience with working and demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheets
•    Data retrieval and generation of information reports – 2 years of experience
•    Experience in working within the following Microsoft Products: Microsoft Excel; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
•    Strong verbal communication skills. In addition to gaining exposure to senior executives both internally and externally, you will interact with people from a variety departments and business coverage areas within the Enterprise.
•    Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
