Job Description:

As part of the Enterprise Credit Product Management team supporting

BB, GCB and GCIB, this role will be responsible for critical activities

aligned to adherence of the enterprise product risk management policy

as well as the overall Product Risk Management MRA requirements to

support credit delivery and client experience.

- Role is responsible for development and maintenance of product

experience mapping and reporting, client lifecycle-level and product-

related marketing to support the MRA 

- Role is responsible for various on-going product management reporting

and analytics including providing insights into product performance and

opportunities to accelerate product growth by delivering products with

high levels of client satisfaction

- Role is responsible for product data investigation and strategic support

to assess and address client experience in partnership with Commercial

Credit product managers.

Required Skills: (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified)

- Obsessed with understanding and improving the client experience

- Client experience journey mapping

- Action oriented with an ability to build and execute a product experience program that benefits clients

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to succinctly convey information to executive leaders and stakeholders Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills

- Ability to build relationships across multiple businesses and/or business partners

- Acts as an ambassador of the product risk culture

- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and meet deadlines

Desired Skills:

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, SharePoint)

- Previous experience in Commercial Banking

- Control metric development and management exposure to process, risk and control framework
