Process Overview*

Client Facing Operations and Technology team provides and delivers technology solutions to support the Check lines of business. The team’s goal is to drive the optimal technology tools and platforms that enable associates to deliver on the customer experience and contribute to the long-term, profitable growth.

Job Description*

Under general guidance, the Quality Control Analyst acts individually or as part of a team to provide manual and automated testing services of a highly complex and technical nature. Assignments at this level require extensive quality assurance and test experience in order to review and test applications submitted by the development staff. The  Quality Control Analyst must be able to take a broad view of testing and provide strategic recommendations for automated testing procedures. They must be able to plan and script and be able to debug scripting issues. They have know automation tool like Selenium. Incumbent must be able to work under the pressure of strict time constraints and constantly changing priorities

Responsibilities*

  • Required Skills:3+ years of Selenium
  • 3+ years of JavaScript experience
  • 5+ manual testing experience
  • 5+ years of SQL experience .Net or Java experience a plus
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Capable of working independently and able to manage large projects with minimum supervision is required
  • Experience in working with both offshore and onshore teams
  • Must be a fast learner, self-motivated, team player, and flexibility.
  • Experience in writing Test Plan, Test Case/Script and Traceability Matrix
  • Experience in using JIRA, QTest and ALM
  • Defect Management/Triage
  • Agile Experience
  • Previous banking experience is a plus
  • Automation framework experience a plus
