Senior Mulesoft Software Engineer

Job Description:

Seeking a Sr. level Software Engineer, who will join the Bank of America CAMP API Management team. Must have 100% hands-on core Mulesoft developer work experience with deep work experience and insight into all aspects of Mulesoft API ecosystem such as Anypoint studio, Exchange, Runtime and Access Manager, API Manager, API Portal, gateway and Designer. Along with strong hands on experience in core JAVA development and spring framework.
 

Additional Responsibilities Include:
·-As a hands-on lead developer working on CAMP, you will work directly with other engineers in the local and remote locations to build and expand CAMP features that span various parts of the system.
·-You will work closely with our product management, infrastructure, integration partners, on-boarding and operations teams to understand the requirements, integrate CAMP solutions, and solve clients pain points.
·-Take a long-term strategic approach to development taking into account the product roadmap.
·-We’re looking for people with a strong background or interest in building successful Enterprise wide shared capability.
·-You’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; you have exquisite attention to detail
·-You’re a fast learner and  comfortable learning new technologies and systems.
·-Take a long-term strategic approach to development by taking into account the product roadmap.
·-Own the entire lifecycle of our product implementation, from design through implementation to launch.
·-Passionate and very good team player; Positive attitude
·-Excellent verbal and written communication

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years hands-on development and administration experience with Mulesoft ecosystem and possess advanced applied knowledge in using all building blocks of Any point platform

  • 7+ years of extensive core Java experience and Spring framework is a must

  • Strong working experience with Exchange and API manager

  • Mule experience in implementing enterprise application integration using Mulesoft version 3.x and 4

  • Extensive hands on experience in designing/ Implementing/Publishing APIs into Anypoint exchange

  • Experienced in Integrating Mulesoft API promotion/ deployment process with Jenkins, Ansible towers

  • Adept in Automating custom tasks with in Anypoint platform

  • Advanced hands on experience with Maven and shell scripting

  • Hands on experience with Mulesoft expression language

  • Possess strong fundamental software engineering craftsmanship, design principles, data structures and algorithms

  • Hands on experience with Bitbucket, Artifactory and other DevOps tools

  • Experience in designing, development and deployment of Micro services

  • Developed RESTful / SOAP services using JAVA

  • Extensive working experience with Message queues and brokers

  • 7+ years of SQL Server working knowledge is required

Desired Skills:

  • Working experience with Tableau reports is a desired plus.
