Job Title: GWIM Operations Senior Operations Analyst

The Wealth Management Operations group is looking to bolster its Dublin Operation through FDS Financial Data Services Limited. The successful candidate will be involved in unique and interesting opportunities that have a direct impact on the overall client experience.

Role Description:

Marketing Services and Support is responsible for the setup and maintenance of Domestic and Offshore Mutual Funds, Money Markets, Bank Deposits, Precious Metals, 529s, Collective Trusts, Unit Investment Trusts and Alternative Investment products. This includes support for approximately 1,885 indicators across over 24,000 individual securities. The team works closely with the Investment Solutions Group (ISG), internal business partners, and the external non-proprietary Fund families to ensure that all rules are established and maintained correctly in various internal systems. Accurate setup and timely maintenance is critical to ensure functions such as trading, custody, dividend processing, trade settlement and transfers are able to occur.

The Team:

Responsibilities include the accurate and timely processing of all activation and maintenance requests, ensuring attention to detail and prompt follow up throughout. The employee must strive to identify improvements and mitigate risk. Quality checks, verification, vigilance, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also critical characteristics employed with this role.

Core Skills:

  • Strong organization skills and proven ability/experience in multi-tasking in order to maintain team performance during peak times. 
  • Ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes
  • Perform in a proactive and strategic manner

Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interface with business partners, branch office personnel and senior management across the organization
