Sr Operations Consultant - MVSO - Post Closing / Closing Ops

Job Description:

Responsible for supporting Post Closing and Closing Services Operations.  In this role, candidates will support a variety of responsibilities including report development, reporting analysis, production performance inspection, employee readiness and client experience strategy development and workflow. This role requires knowledge of the Servicing Operations processes and a working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures.

The position will encompass a range of varied tasks working with frontline staff, Production Leaders, Support Leaders and various support teams across the CMPS footprint. The candidate will work in both a team and individual settings to support and develop action plans and initiatives to enhance:

  • Daily Productivity
  • Customer experience
  • Workflow enhancement
  • Employee Readiness
  • Training and Development  

Required skills/experience:

  • Understanding of mortgage business
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and initiative
