Job Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with developers and management to learn about data-driven discoveries. The individual will learn about the Consumer Card Marketing end to end processes and assist in the development of the enhancements to the application.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Campaign Management System for LOB partners
  • Manage the Consumer Card Marketing and execution processes for Source code creation
  • Manage ARM Requests
  • Manage SOP & Process Map Updates
  • Manage Testing Processes for Consumer Card Marketing Team
  • Manage the CMS Team Direct Mail mailbox along with Distribution

Minimally Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in channel marketing campaign end to end process

  • Experience following business requirements to ensure all processes are within compliance and control guidance

  • Proficient in Platform management, MS Access, Word, Power-point, Excel and Visio

Desired Qualifications:

  • Relevant knowledge in Consumer Card marketing products and services
  • Proven ability to achieve results through critical decision-making skills, leadership, problem solving, and organization skills
  • Intellectually curious, constantly seeking to learn and advance knowledge while remaining positive and focused during times of pressure, adversity, or change
  • Ability to quickly adjust behaviors in order to be successful
  • Ability to perform independently or as part of a team
