Digital Marketing Card Acquisition - Mobile

The Team:

The Consumer Credit Card Digital Marketing team has a newly opened position to support the strategy, development, and delivery of credit card marketing across owned homepage and mobile channels. We are looking to hire a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who is self-motivated and thrives in leveraging digital best practices, trends and creative execution to bring campaigns to life.

This role will be responsible for delivering digital marketing assets, including the alignment to strategy, development of creative, working with technology partners, and testing. The team leverages research, insights and analytics to deliver ongoing improvements to marketing campaigns, and this role will be responsible for understanding relevant performance metrics and be able to identify opportunities to help improve efficiency. The ideal candidate would also be comfortable interacting with external agency partners to drive creative development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new digital creative, templates and content to support new consumer credit card products in owned channels
  • Clearly communicate and champion options, with the ability to outline tradeoffs with partners when needed
  • Drive new creative development or creative updates through all parts of the lifecycle, working with marketing, legal, brand, product and technical partners
  • Align tracking, request source codes, and evaluate performance to support recommend changes and influence strategic decisions
  • Ensure all digital assets align to brand, legal and compliance guidelines

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing and executing marketing and/or digital initiatives with an understanding of content management tactics
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with creative agencies and/or vendor partners
  • Ability to analyze performance data and use the results to inform marketing strategy and tactics
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, matrix organization
  • Proficient in MS Office Product  Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)

Desired Skills:

  • Financial services experience
  • Experience with targeted marketing campaigns, including target selection, design, tactical implementation and back-end tracking
  • Knowledge of consumer credit card industry a plus
  • Experience with Jira and Channels Capacity and Sequencing (CAST) a plus
