Information Security Control Specialist
Job Description
As an Information Security Control Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for engaging with GIS Divisional leads, Subject Matter Experts, and Operational Risk/Compliance partners to understand the overall information security risk portfolio. This includes strong project management skills to lead multiple projects; facilitation of meetings to debate and understand risk; management of executive reporting routines; a solution oriented mindset to drive completion of deliverables; monitoring and reporting on project progress and outcomes; and supporting internal and external risk reporting. The candidate needs to comprehend Information Security and its interconnectedness with the broader GT&O and Enterprise risks. Further, the candidate will also represent the team and/or organization in select internal forums and working groups; is expected to establish, develop, and manage key partnerships; and responsible for escalating potential roadblocks or concerns that may delay on-time completion of deliverables.
Required Skills:
•    5+ year of risk management experience (Operational Risk, Compliance) with proven ability to effectively apply risk principles to challenging business situations
•    Ability to work in a highly visible and fast-paced environment, where business needs/priorities may change and path forward is not always black/white 
•    Self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight 
•    Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities 
•    Operates with a sense of urgency and has a strong attention to detail 
•    Exhibit strong relationship management and interpersonal skills 
•    Influence horizontally and vertically across the organization and diverse audiences with varying degrees of technical understanding  
•    Cyber security or information security domain knowledge
Desired Skills:
•    Bachelors and/or Masters degree 
•    Detailed, bank specific risk management and governance experience
•    Experience working on Executive-level reporting
•    Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners 
•    Assist with internal efficiencies projects and development 
•    CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM certification or similar

$66,300 - $123,500 annualized salary, offers to be negotiated based on experience, education and skill set.
