Service Delivery Consultant-Video and AV Projects

LOB Job Description:

Manages end-to-end delivery on multiple related and interdependent Video projects including the collection and translation of project requirements into program and/or project plans, managing project timelines, budgets, and technical completion expectations.
•-Implements and manages all Change Management requirements for assigned projects and oversees change management responsibilities for the team. 
• Rigorously manages scope to ensure agreed/approved/appropriate value is delivered and commitments are achieved within time, cost, and quality parameters
• Plans and coordinates project deliverables across multiple service providers in support of project requirements
• Manages a portfolio of AV & Video projects from design, build, through implementation and operational turn-over.
• Responsible for project set up within the technology systems of record (Nexus, Remedy, etc.)
• Provides input into development of business cases and technology estimates
• Manages financial estimates, forecasting, inventory management, monitoring, and reporting for global programs and projects
• Responsible for managing technology design integrity with high levels of complexity from implementation to operational turn-over, and/or may have broad scale accountability for those processes that support initiatives
• Responsible for reporting on, and communicating project status across delivery teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Results-oriented team-player who can develop and manage relationships across our Lines of Business, Engineering, and Operations partners.
• Experience with Project Management methodology and tools such as SharePoint, and MS Project
•-Experience with BofA Enterprise Project and Change Management standards.
• Strong business, financial, and Audio Visual technology acumen
• Proven ability to matrix-manage direct and cross-functional teams
•-Strong reporting and metrics driven skills (i.e. Tableau)
• Excellent written/verbal communication, reporting and presentation skills
• Possesses an in-depth knowledge of Audio Visual and Video Technologies
• Typically requires 8-10+ years of applicable experience
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and Crestron Certification (DMC-D), CTS Certification (CTS-I), AV 9000 Certification, Biamp Tesira Certified
