Job Description:
The Enterprise Implementation Specialist reports to our Manager, Implementation & Deployment and is primarily focused on working with our enterprise partners to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients to AxiaMed’s Payment Fusion solution.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Work closely with our enterprise partners’ implementation teams to drive successful client implementations.
• Work closely with our internal enterprise sales team to understand client needs and requirements.
• Track project schedules; schedule and track internal team tasks and new device orders accordingly.
• Lead implementation planning meetings as appropriate.
• Anticipate and respond to problems and scheduling challenges over project life cycle; proactively communicate both internally and externally to keep projects on track for timely and successful outcomes.
• Train clients on Payment Fusion solution.
• Ensure smooth transition to AxiaMed’s Technical Support team post go-live.
• Partner with others on the Sales and Operations teams to refine, improve, and further document the AxiaMed client implementation process.
• Escalate technical issues as necessary to our Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support senior leaders to ensure a world class support experience regardless of the complexity of the issue.
• Master AxiaMed’s product capabilities and serve as a subject matter expert for our clients and partners.
• Consistently provide excellent customer service to ensure that our clients feel valued.
• Carry out projects as assigned

  • Required Skills

    Client focused with the ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident manner.
    Excellent communications skills.
    Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
    Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
    Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
    Previous Client Service experience.
