Performance Engineer Manager

Job Description:

This role/job will be actively involved in Performance Testing & Delivery activities for the CFPT Space. As a product manager, this role/job entails working with our CIO/TI organizations to identify customer needs & larger business objectives, ultimately prioritizing and translating those deliverables for the Product Owners and Performance Test teams to execute on. Broad Technical Aptitude, including knowledge of distributed systems and performance testing fundamentals. Performance Testing efforts include NFR collection, test planning, prioritization of testing based on risk, monitoring, engineering, and analysis.

Manage Performance testing of platforms, applications and products through all pre-production environments Full Access to non-prod environments Access Performance Engineering Tools Develop performance tests based on use cases, execute tests, participate in troubleshooting when issues are identified. Manage team responsible for multiple platforms. Schedule tests. Allocate resources to projects, meet with clients regarding estimates, requirements, and results.
