Vice President, APAC FICC Rates/EM Trade Control

Your background
• At least 5 years experience in Trade Support role or equivalent role
• Proficiency in MS Product Suite i.e. Excel, Word etc. is a must
• experience of supervision/management of team onshore and remote
• Strong understanding of FICC business and products (OTC deriv, FX, Options, Rates and bonds)
• Fast learner with open minded thinking, strong communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Positive working attitude: diligence, resilience, calm and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Ability to comprehend front to back workflow and make proposals/ drive changes/efficiencies

What you can expect

The candidate will be required to supervise regional teams supporting APAC LCT and Rates businesses (trade control and traders assistants). This role will faceoff with business/trading desks heads in those businesses across the region.

What you will do

• Ensure teams have validated timely and accurately all trade booking into risk systems
• Supervision routines (EOD calls)
• Faceoff with business heads/trading heads
• Measure/mitigate ops risk of FtB flow
• Part of Global Markets FDCO teams, should have strong communication skills and will be the liaison between Front Office and various Operations teams
• Drive Initiatives including operational excellence and process improvements
• Ensure proper and cost effective team capacity
