Manages medium-large projects relating to corporate change initiatives impacting multiple business units, product lines, or business processes. Projects require cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation. Manages initiatives directed toward single function or process change within a department or division. Ensures effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions. Effectively analyzes information, incorporates client problems and concerns, develops and implements solutions.

Impact: Change initiatives are limited in scope to department products, processes or functions, but may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Projects may have significant impact on the ability of the department to effectively deliver products or services.

Manages medium-large projects relating to corporate change initiatives impacting multiple business units, product lines, or business processes. Ensures effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions. Effectively analyzes information, incorporates client problems and concerns, develops and implements solutions. Associates typically demonstrate the following: have familiarity with the DMAIC process; manage design or redesign of projects; integrate best practices with process design initiatives; use Six Sigma methodologies in daily activities; work closely with clients to map processes and identify alternatives; develop implementation plans and work with clients to define scope of projects; effectively communicate with clients; proficient in business redesign concepts, practices and techniques. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified.

Required Skills: (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified)

  • Experience managing design or redesign of projects; integrate best practices with process design initiatives;
  • Familiarity with Agile; work closely with clients to map processes and identify alternatives; develop implementation plans and work with clients to define scope of projects
  • Effectively communicate with clients
  • Proficient in business redesign concepts, practices and techniques

Desired Skills:

  • 5 years of Securities Operations Experience and/or 5 years in a Change Management role in Securities
