Your background

1. At least 4 years of Banking / Financial Institution working experience and exposure in Transactional Banking, Finance Operations & Technology, or Risk and Governance.

2. Proven experience in a client facing, project management environment.  A sound knowledge of Cash Management and Trade products and the onboarding documentation process including understanding the KYC environment.

3. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

4. Technical understanding of banking services, particularly online banking, appreciation of ‘Host to Host ‘infrastructures and ERP systems

5. The ability to maintain a customer focus whilst negotiating an international staff network

6. Importantly, an exceptionally strong desire to succeed in a challenging and demanding high performance environment

The business is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups in the product areas of Payments/Wire, Trade & Credit Services, and Commercial cards etc.

Working with our varied multi-national corporate client portfolio, you will help to on-board and implement our cash management and treasury services, building solid relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. This role offers a high level of visibility as you’ll work in conjunction with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery to, and build relationships with a variety of client stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide support to the Head of Client Service and Fulfilment and the AU Country Head of FSO.

Your ability to manage time is imperative to your success but the role provides a greater understanding of the varied activities in the Treasury Fulfillment Service Operations organization and the region. This role offers huge learning opportunities and opens a path into potential new avenues within the TFSO organization or within the Bank itself.

What you will do

Implementation Adviser:

  • As a strong team player work with the Manager and team to prioritize client requests to execute onboarding projects to deliver products and services in a “Speed to Market” methodology
  • Partner with the Bank’s Sales team to ensure client technical solutions are effectively scoped, advising clients on technical infrastructure/services where required
  • Effectively manage multiple projects through Case Tracking disciplines completing within SLA timeframes.
  • Timely responses to implementation and associated queries / requests from internal partners
  • Conduct research and respond to clients in a timely manner and to include relevant internal partners where appropriate
  • Master and utilize the many Bank systems to support the tasks associated with making the role a success
  • Liaise with Global Transaction Services (GTS) support functions (Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to ensure the Fulfillment team’s services are operationally and risk efficient
  • Ensure a smooth transition for clients to the Bank’s dedicated Service team
  • Support and advise management on opportunities for the Fulfillment team’s strategic and operational development
  • Adopt a consultative approach when recognizing, evaluating and acting upon opportunities for additional client and sales collaboration or when looking to improve overall client satisfaction
  • Provide regular statement of work, project plans and status report timely
