Senior Operations Consultant

Newark, Delaware;

Job Description:

The RCREG (Regulatory Complaints Risk Escalation Group) team provides four main support roles for all Home Loans Products:
• Centralized Legal review and Liaison to Legal partners
• Completes Final Draft Response reviews based on the risk categories identified within a Legal Review Matrix
• Draft and complete Freeman combination responses
• Provides consultations and case direction based on concerns and allegations within the complaint

The Senior Operations Consultant will work within the Regulatory Complaints Operations Team supporting strategies, initiatives and project management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Utilizes data to develop pipeline management strategies
• Engages subject matter experts (SMEs)/content owners to drive change initiatives
• Manages projects related to audit issues and process improvements

Required qualifications:

-Candidate must have had interaction or experience with Legal teams and legal process

-Ability to build and maintain relationships inside and outside of current team
