Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description:

The Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) Forecasting, Reporting, Analytics & Controls (FRAC) team overall is responsible for providing reporting, control oversight and analytical support to the CTI Business Finance Officer (BFO) organization within CTI Finance.  The Senior Financial Analyst in this role will have ongoing responsibilities that will potentially include a combination of building and producing reporting, forecasting expense, preparing forecast review decks in partnership with BFO partners, consolidating and submitting monthly estimate and results commentary, financial control oversight responsibilities and performing ad-hoc analysis as needed. 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related analytical field

  • 2+ years’ experience in a BAC finance or analytical role or 4+ years outside BAC, or 5+ years outside of financial services industry

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment and manage multiple competing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivated to achieve personal standards of excellence

  • Ability to provide process improvements ideas to increase the overall efficiency, effectiveness and consistency of procedures while managing to lower risk

  • Ability to see how technology can be leveraged to drive efficiency

  • Strong communication, organization, presentation and analytical skills

Desired Skills:

  • Financial planning, analysis and reporting experience

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Knowledge of Essbase

  • Experience with CFO visualization and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, FactSet, Tableau)
