Consumer Products Strategic Analyst II

Job Description:

This job supports Consumer Card Credit- Acquisition and Existing Credit, the chosen candidate will be a member of the Business Enablement Production Support team.  The associate will be responsible for interacting with a wide range of stakeholders to monitor and support vital business functions. Support activities include proactively identifying problems, triaging escalated issues, socializing and engaging business support partners and providing updates.  In addition, they will partner with relevant parties to develop solutions, oversee development, testing and post implementation validation.

Key to our success is our ability to quickly assess an issue and corresponding impacts, effectively articulate the problem and work with partners to manage risk.  Attention to detail, adherence to strong control routines and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships across the enterprise are critical. 

Because this is a support role, members of the team are often called upon to support change activities that occur during non-business hours.  This will include some evenings, weekends and may include holidays depending on the severity of the issue and impact to customers and / or the business.  Flexibility, perseverance and patience are required traits.

Required Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of Consumer Card’s lending procedures and regulatory and compliance guidelines
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and summarize small and large amounts of data / information
  • Ability to develop plans and manage change
  • SAS Coding experience minimum 6-12 months

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency with Visio, TOAD, UNIX, Python
  • ICDP platform experience
