Preferred Digital Project Consultant

Job Description:

Mission:  Team Engagement & Adoption is responsible for elevating the presence and acumen of new digital capabilities and enhancements.  By synthesizing work efforts, we are able to share a more cohesive story about the work happening across the Preferred Digital space.  We work to create go to market programs that help us drive performance and value.

Role: In this position you will lead diverse business operations/business controls and SME functions. This role will consult with multiple stakeholders to define and lead projects that impact front line employees across Consumer.

This role assists with execution of key strategic initiatives and supports the intake process that allows us to determine impact and scope. The candidate should have working knowledge of digital capabilities and can drive tactical execution of the cohesive value proposition for our Preferred clients.

Supports strategy and execution of business imperatives and works across teams to foster collaboration. 

Required Skills:

•  Familiarity of digital banking and consumer organization

•  5 plus years of experience developing and managing initiatives

•  Project management skills

•  Effective verbal and written communication skills

•  Flexible with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects independently while escalating appropriately

•  Ability to prioritize work, navigate complexities, manage multiple projects and deliver solutions on tight deadlines

•  Adaptable to shifting priorities based on business needs

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Desired Skills:

  • BS or BA degree
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or similar area
