Process Overview*

The Global Procurement was set up in 2007 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include Accounts Payable, General Accounting & Reconciliations, Management Reporting & Analysis, Research & Analytics, Financial Transaction Processing, Finance Systems Support and Supply Chain Management.
The third party Program incorporates requirements for business and risk management activities, use of required tools, completion of required deliverables, execution and oversight requirements for program participants. These requirements help the Company achieve its goal of maintaining a consistent and transparent third party Program, from identification to review and processing of information.

Job Description*

The third party management within Global Procurement conduct validation of a EVM deliverable matrix as it pertains to the relevant Third Parties as dictated by the TP Policy and Vendor Management standard providing consistent direction on how Business functions utilize Third Party and manage the vendor life cycle throughout the life of the contract.

Global Procurement Operations Team review the risk & performance deliverables in the Vendor Risk & Performance Management system associated with the Vendor(s) to effectively manage Vendor performance and risk. Enterprise Vendor Managers (EVMs) and Vendor Managers (VMs) submit the required deliverable assigned to their vendors in the VRPM System. The VRPM system provides a centralized repository for managing vendors, tracking performance, mitigating risks and maintaining controls.

Responsibilities*

  • Candidate would be working on multiple tools like Ariba, Vendor Risk and Performance Management, BIC, VIPR
  • Involve coordinating & Communicating within EVM’s/Vendor Managers, LOB partners
  • Involvement on Vendor Management related QA/testing or Analytical Projects
  • Awareness to read through vendor contracts and deliverables
  • Experience in performing QA on deliverables
  • Tracks completion and lead times for all deliverables
  • Should achieve the process SLA’s and CTQ’s / Completion of request within defined SLA/CTQs and compliant to Global Procurement guideline.

Requirements

 Education*

Bachelor's degree

 Certifications If Any

Any certification on Third party Management, applications e.g. Ariba, GEP, Oracle, SAP, Risk and Compliance will be an added advantage.

 Experience Range*

8 to 10 Years

 Foundational skills*

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, good presentation Skills
  • Good at Excel, V. Look ups, Pivots, Sum if function, Text to column etc., Comfortable using csv files, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, VBA knowledge would be a plus
  • Working experience of Vendor Management deliverable on any ERP
  • Knowledge of Vendor contract/deliverables and Vendor Risk Management e.g. VLRA, Scorecards, FFIEC, SSAE16, subcontractors etc.
  • Knowledge of Risk and Compliance
  • Business Analytics Skills
  • High level skills for process reporting, excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint

 Desired skills

  • Knowledge of Ariba or any other SCM related applications
  • Experience including interaction with international stakeholders/customers
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS-Excel & PPT
  • Exceptional oral/written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, team-player
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes and open to be working in different shifts as per the business requirement
  • Knowledge of Ariba modules like Sourcing Projects, Contract workspace (DRAs), GSMP
  • Eye for detail – Since the job requires working on Vendor data, vendor critical deliverables information
  • VBA for excel
