Production Services Lead- Mobile Operations Analyst

Mobile Development Operations & Analytics is seeking an Operations Analyst to support operations of the Gigafox Mobile Labs platform. This role will encompass supporting the day to day maintenance of the hardware and software infrastructure of the Gigafox software platform that provides teams with 24 hour access to virtualized physical devices for Bank of America mobile applications and web browsing testing. In addition to equipment management, individual will be responsible for maintenance of the  Giga Fox platform and will share operational support responsibilities with the rest of Mobile’s Gigafox support team including managing off-hours / on-call cycles. Incumbent will:

•-Maintain device equipment inventory for Gigafox virtual testing platform
•-Support and carry out issues related to Mobile Labs software, hardware and equipment tasks
•-Troubleshoot end user’s Gigafox and Bank of America applications testing occurrences and report out status and resolution to teams
•-Manage the Mobile Development Lab and all related infrastructure
•-Initiate and carry out process improvement activities as appropriate
•-Support on-call shifts as part of the team rotation for same
•-Be able to identify, analyze, & resolve chronic issues found in the environment
•-Be proactive, organized, and work with a sense of urgency
Required Skills:
•-iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac experience
•-Familiar with Android devices, Tablet or relevant experience
•-Experience working in an Agile team environment and willingness to adapt
•-Willingness to learn GigaFox software and troubleshoot technical issues
•-Teamwork mentality with a great sense of urgency, organization, and ownership in the role

--Ability to troubleshoot general technical issues such as but not limited to: network/connectivity issues, unexpected crashes, errors in mac console
--Willingness to learn new technologies such as Kobiton GigaFox software
--Familiar with Bank of America and Merrill mobile apps
