Global Liquidity Management Manager

Job Description:

Global Liquidity Management (“GLM”) is a division of Treasury that is tasked with driving responsible growth through timely and accurate measuring, monitoring, and managing of the enterprise’s liquidity position and by serving as a trusted partner to liquidity stakeholders across the company.  The Markets Products team within GLM is responsible for the efficient management of liquidity with regards to Global Markets traded products and serves as the chief partner for the Global Markets lines of business on all matters pertaining to liquidity.

The individual will have a unique opportunity to support the firm’s innovative and evolving Sustainable Finance and Climate strategy, managing Treasury’s accurate and measured reporting of the on balance sheet component of BAC’s commitment to mobilize $1.5T in capital to environmental transition and social inclusive development by 2030.  They will work closely with leaders across the firm including, but not limited to, Global Sustainable Finance (GSF) in Global Markets, BAC’s ESG group, business representatives across all eight lines of business, Treasury Funding Desk and Treasury Data Management (TDM).  They will be responsible for working with dedicated resources in TDM to produce accurate, complete, and well controlled reports and analytics of the firm’s balance sheet supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).  Additionally, this associate will be tasked with developing and enhancing processes to meet reporting requirements and establishing documentation and control processes.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in financial services or banking

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field - or related work experience

  • Solid understanding of Treasury / liquidity concepts and liquidity regulations

  • Forecasting, stress testing, and reporting experience with equities products, including prime brokerage and secured funding

  • Proven ability to analyze complex concepts, connect to big picture, and recommend appropriate actions

  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and regulatory partners to achieve desired outcome

  • Strong project management and organization skills with ability to coordinate partners across multiple organizations to deliver well-controlled, sustainable processes

  • Ability to analyze and manipulate large quantities of data with great attention to detail as well as understand the flow of data within database applications

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in other Treasury functions

  • Familiarity with Tableau reporting

  • Experience working with quantitative models

This role may be filled as a Global Liquidity Management Manager or Global Liquidity Management Senior Analyst based on skills and experience.
