Process Overview*

DMO Data Management Organization GGN Team receives requests from various groups within the Banking organization to create GCIs (Global Customer Identifier) and  process data maintenance on existing client information such as Name, Address, Tax ID, etc as well as maintaining Coverage Information such as Client Manager, Sale Support Associate, Credit Officer etc . Team also works on Creation of CoPeR IDs (on Client On boarding) & its maintenance activities, providing unique IDs to the Prospect Clients and maintenance of the Client profiles.

Data Management Team will be responsible for proactively maintaining client data which supports various lines of business

This Team receives requests from various groups within the Banking organization to update client information such as Name, Address, Tax ID, etc as well as Coverage Information like Client, Manager, Sale Support Associate, and Credit Officer to activate the GCIs (Global Customer Identifiers). Updates are made in the GBAM Entity Management System (GEMS) which feeds the Core Entity Database (CED).

This includes creation of GCIs for Global, Markets that are systemically generated from the Legal Entity On boarding application (LEO) and Navigator

Team also researches, updates & indexes documents on the Global Documentation System (GDS).

Job Description*

Primary area of responsibility :- -Incorporate Changes/Updates on Data Management Portal (DMP) that feeds the Core Entity Database (CED) -Also include feeds from Bloomberg for Stock Exchanges-Research & analyze client profiles thereby identifying Duplicate profiles on DMP & other Database -Creation of GCIs for Global Markets systemically generated from the Legal Entity On boarding application (LEO) and Navigator -Index documents in the Global Documentation System (GDS) - Onboard new clients assisting with Creation of CoPeR IDs-Create/modify the legal entity hierarchy by linking the CoPeR entity to its Immediate parent or Global ultimate parent-Match legal entities within Client Onboarder (COB) -Identify Duplicate entity - Dory – Dupe OBO;

The associate will need to schedule, host & facilitate sessions & calls with the Onshore partners and/or upstream/downstream users to conduct detailed sessions, search resolutions and obtain process knowledge transfers if needed.

Responsibilities*

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, researching bank systems as well as external websites and applications to gather and validate client information, providing business partner support and participating in various data remediation projects to help maintain data integrity. Deliver and manage individual targets and contribute towards process metrics.

  • Analytical thinking & logical reasoning for rational decision making
  • To create improvements in business processes by contributing ideas and implementing agreed changes into the team's day-to-day operations

Requirements*

  • Education* Any Graduate/PGs except from Tier 1 & 2
  • Certifications If Any – NA
  • Experience Range* 5 – 7 years
  • Foundational skills* Mandatory knowledge of Corporate Action,
  • GCI,
  • CoPeRs & LEI.
  • Desired skills*
  • Must be self-motivated, work well with minimal direction, work well in a team environment and possess the ability to work well under tight deadlines.
  • Must possess an excellent work ethic and attendance record.
  • Prior experience in research and problem solving is desirable.
  • Associate should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Must possess good PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and web-based tools.
  • Should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and research skills
