Funds Transfer Pricing Product Associate – Deposits Analyst

The Balance Sheet Management Treasury Finance (BSMTF) team is seeking a Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Product Associate, reporting to the FTP Executive. The candidate will be a product analyst responsible for the production and analysis of Funds Transfer Pricing results as well as FTP product forecasts.  The Product Associate will partner with a team lead and teammates across FTP to discuss both actual and forecast results and prepare commentary for LOB stakeholders and Treasury senior management. The candidate will specialize in Deposits while having exposure to all products across the Bank of America balance sheet, allowing for future growth and development.

The Funds Transfer Pricing Team consists of 20 people, with team members in Charlotte, New York and Hong Kong. The mission of the FTP team is to create a transparent process that provides our stakeholders with accurate results created within a controlled environment. This is accomplished with strategic thinking, understanding our operations, clearly communicating methodologies to stakeholders and collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to achieve our goals.

The team is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing compliance to FTP policies and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

◾ Prepare FTP forecasting, reporting, analysis and commentary related to Deposits products

◾ Maintain clear communication and work closely with the FTP Deposits team and FTP Product Lead to discuss actual and forecasted results

◾ Engage with FTP Methodology Leads to understand FTP methodologies as they relate to stakeholder requirements and ensure results align with documented methodologies

◾ Ensure FTP results are consistent with a best in class control framework by partnering with the FTP Governance and Controls Leads

◾ Develop business partner relationships with other associates in Corporate Treasury, Operations and LOB Finance teams

Required Skills and Experience:

◾ BS/BA (Finance/Accounting preferred) - or related work experience

◾ 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial services

◾ Experience with Excel, modeling, and data manipulation

Analytical abilities/financial acumen/problem solving

◾ Strong control mindset including ability to identify risks and maintain associated controls

◾ Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

◾ Trusted business partner with proven ability to work across teams

◾ Exceptional communication and analytical skills
