Process Overview*

Consumer and GWIM Finance team supports management reporting including expense and revenue line items. The team also supports data mining & analytics for various retail lending, deposits, consumer investments and GWIM products.

Job Description*

Individual will be a contributing member of the Global Finance Consumer CFO Reporting team. He/ she will support the US Cards Finance/Secured Lending team. The person is expected to deliver on complex and time critical data analytics request for new & existing credit card/ Secured Lending portfolio. It is also expected that the person comprehend & evaluate the strategic business drivers and can bring in efficiencies through automation of existing reporting packages or codes.

Responsibilities*

1. Understand clients’ requirements and translate those into deliverables.

2. Co-ordinate with the business to resolve process bottlenecks at different levels.

3. Support the business on periodic and adhoc projects related to credit card and deposits products.

4. Drilldown, organize, summarize large amounts of data from/to multiple databases.

5. Ability to independently communicate with onshore partners in terms of understanding requests, developing codes and delivering output in a timely and accurate manner.

6. Make & deliver presentations on the detailed analysis and key observations to senior leaders.

7. Ensure quick resolution of any issues.

8. Performing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Management Reporting.

9. Complete Finance Packs and also walk through Business/Onshore partners on the same.

10. Reviewing monthly results and performance analysis.

11. Actively participating in financial process improvement across the organization.

CA/CS/ICWA/M.Com/Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative discipline/Information Technology/Computer Science or MBA

 Certifications If Any

Certification in Tableau, Alteryx, Ui Path, SQL

 Experience Range*

6-10 Years

 Foundational skills*

Management Reporting; Understanding of emerging tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Ui Path, SQL; Good Analytical and Communication Skills

11:30 – 23:30 IST (9 hours shift as per requirement). Will require to stretch 5-7 days in a month or to meet critical project deadline.
