Global Leasing - Sales Support

Essential Functions:

Eager professional responsible for developing and maintaining a strategic relationship with Segment Business Manager and partners to support and manage the marketing collateral and communication needs of the Segment and Leaders.

  • Prioritize strategic initiatives in conjunction with the Segment, aligning resources to develop marketing collateral and routines needed to execute banker and client requests

  • Prepares marketing materials for client and banker pitches and other sales related events and routines in partnership with Business Manager and segment Leasing managers

  • Communicate and leverage information regarding various business segment information for the benefit of other Leasing lines of businesses

  • Partner with other Sales Support team members to keep broader team informed and coordinated

  • Provides required reporting and analytics related to business performance

  • Ongoing support of business segment controllable expenses

  • Perform client/prospect/industry research, and support meeting and tradeshow activity

Preferred Education:

Undergraduate degree in business or communications preferred.

Preferred Prior Work Experience: 

Minimum of 8+ years related work experience; experience in leasing, equipment finance a plus, but not required.

Preferred/Desired Skills:

  • Clear and articulate written and oral communication skills, to include strong listening skills

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines

  • Proven ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously

  • Intermediate PowerPoint and MS Excel

  • Strong inter-personal and organizational skills

  • Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with support relationship experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to ask questions with a strong desire to broaden scope and learn

  • Limited travel

  • Preferred locations – New York, Chicago
