Talent Acquisition Consultant - Consumer Lending - Advanced Client Solutions

Job Description:

This Talent Acquisition Consultant I position will sit in the Global Talent Acquisition organization within Global Human Resources and will provide strategic talent acquisition support for Bank of America's Consumer Lending organization.  This role will support monthly class fill hiring for Advanced Client Solutions across multiple site locations within the US.

Position Overview and Description:

  • Strong, seasoned recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting in a client focused, fast paced, high volume environment
  • Partner with senior leaders in the organization they support and multiple business partners
  • Heavy focus on shifting priorities, meeting monthly demands and class fill hiring across multiple call center locations.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
  • Provide consultative recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients and closing
  • Continuous pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate
  • Extensive interaction with executive level client
  • Work with a very high volume of hiring demands and candidates
  • Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans
  • Strong teamwork, integration and partnerships with Talent Acquisition partners

Enterprise Role Overview

Individual Contributor responsible for managing a portfolio of work within a TA LOB or function. Recruits critical bank roles with high annual turnover & predictable/repeatable sourcing. Takes ownership for a high quality hiring process; accepts responsibility for actions and decisions, applies multiple approaches in sourcing and cold calling. 1-3 years of experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years professional level recruiting experience, including but not limited to; developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews, management of the end-to-end recruiting process, etc.
  • Experience in Financial Services and high volume recruiting preferred
  • Ability to work across the organization to achieve results, and has ideally worked in a large organization requiring interaction within multiple business units
  • Must have client management experience, with strong credibility, presence, and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services
  • Must have an ability and desire to stay abreast of market conditions
  • Must have an ability to handle a high volume of hiring needs and candidate flow
  • Experience providing fact-based assessments of talent to provide clear recommendations
  • Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business
  • Act with a sense of urgency
  • Must maintain and exude a strong sense of integrity
  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
  • Bachelor Degree strongly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems preferred (Workday a plus)
