Job Title: Transaction Reporting Senior Operations Analyst

Transaction Reporting Operations is responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the Bank’s transaction reporting obligations across multiple global regulatory jurisdictions. The global team is functionally aligned into the following teams: Submission Control, Enhanced Quality Assurance, Delegated Reporting, Remediation, Initiatives and Governance.

The Team:

This team, Transaction Reporting Operations – Initiatives, is responsible for ensuring that due diligence and analysis is completed to ensure that any proposed Change is managed so that it doesn't negatively impact the Transaction Reporting flow externally.

The Role:

Initially within the Cash Equities and Securities team supporting those Business lines, this role will provide a great deal of variety in terms of problems that will be faced. It will require someone who will be able to ask questions to understand an issue or proposal and its potential consequences or impacts, and then to work out possible solutions to ensure that the Business is supported without there being any regulatory risk introduced to the Transaction Reporting flow.

This will require building effective working relationships with Change, Technology, Compliance, Business and other TR Operations partners. The role will require enabling ongoing work across different Business lines to completion ensuring Transaction Reporting is included in each project and to be in a position to able to review and attest that any infrastructure or regulatory change will not have a negative impact on BOA’s obligation.

  • Excellent communication skills; with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Close attention to detail

  • Solid organisation and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritise effectively

  • Prior knowledge of Transaction Reporting preferred, but not essential
