Treasury Account Manager

Job Description

•  The Treasury Account Manager is focused on developing strategies to grow revenue domestically within the CREB segment.  Key accountabilities include: independently focus of treasury sales opportunities, supporting all activities from sale through submission to implementation, ongoing client relationship management, overall driving and attainment of Treasury revenue goals.
•  To be successful in the role, TAM must maintain and build a strong client focus, and awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients in addition to possessing good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
•  TAM will identify solutions matching client needs and all support functions typical in a TSA role.
• Schedule and perform client portfolio reviews, and upsell Treasury products and services as needed
• Manage the sales pipeline; ensuring deals are properly identified as pending or closed and with estimated close date.
• Accountable for accuracy of sales data within source systems (e.g. Deal Pipeline, client plans, call reports, GPS-MIS, Navigator, etc.), and other sales tracking systems which may be developed
• Assist clients in navigating the bank by educating the client on the Client Service and Fulfillment model as well as other partners roles/responsibilities.
• Prepare account schematics when needed, proposal documents and sales presentations
• Partner with Fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and post-sale satisfaction
• Daily email, webex and phone client communication

Required Skills:

• 2 years experience in TSA role
• Bachelors degree
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop solutions
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger team
• Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partners
• Excellent MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) experience

Desired Skills:

• Preferred candidates will have their CTP (Certified Treasury Professional)
• Preferred Candidates will have proven experience prospecting and developing new business
