Strategy Lead - Digital Capabilities to Associate Platforms

Job Description:

Responsible for developing and socializing digital strategies that blend client digital capabilities with those of front line Associates, so that both parties are working with same industry-leading digital capabilities in pursuit of best solutions for the client. Also responsible for developing and

socializing strategies that remove barriers to client engagement – allowing clients and associates to engage and work together face to face, virtually, using tools and platforms to seamlessly provide client with their needs. 

Responsible for working closely with business, product managers and technology to refine multi-gen strategies for associate and client platforms - especially those supporting strategies that blend digital capabilities with financial and call center platforms in support of client engagement and fulfillment. Responsible for then converting these strategies into visually stunning PowerPoint and other documents to socialize with stakeholders.

The expectations of this role are the following:

 - Must have excellent analytical skills.  Expert PowerPoint skills required for creative and visually enticing decks. 

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation and participate in definition of strategies for the technical solution.

- Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements for business requirements.

- Ability to communicate and work with developers to ensure that acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions.

- Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.

- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities.

- Responsible for meeting with teammates, stakeholders, and executives to understand key requirements for presentations.

- Research and formulate content, financials, and graphics to meet requirements.

- develop draft stories and messaging to effectively communicate required content

- present to stakeholders for feedback

- Stay abreast of presentation trends and new applications to improve presentations

- Compile a library of presentations from across the franchise and beyond for use in future presentations.

- Monitor strategies and key programs so presentations reflect any changes or strategy pivots.

Required Skills:

- 8+ year’s system/business analyst experience

- 4+ years’ experience with Agile and feature/story development, solid ability to translate business requirements into agile features & stories.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

- Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player, flexible

- Excellent PowerPoint / presentation creation skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity

- Excellent time management skills; ability to manage against short deadlines.

- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills (Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Desired Skills:

- Experience with programs and applications that generate attractive images, graphics, charts, infographics, icons, layouts and other presentation content.

- Experience with video, transition, and live presentations
