Responsible for supporting Data Management and Records Management efforts for Global Banking and Markets Operations organization. Oversee implementation of new standards and policies. Coordinate ongoing projects or audit issues.
 

Responsibilities:

Contracts Standards Adherence

  • Operates as GBAMO Contract Standard subject matter leader

  • Accountable for ensuring GBAMO is in adherence to the specific requirements of the standard

  • Educates GBAMO stakeholders on the applicable records codes to align to  contracts and the approved applications for contracts storage

  • Establishes minimum control requirements and drive consistency across GBAMO

  • Owns relationships and partners with the GBAMO FLU/CF Contract Lead/Designee(s) and GRM to support annual adherence activities, testing  and initiatives as needed

  • Represents GBAMO in Global Records Management – Contracts meeting routines

  • Monitors changes to Standard  that will impact GBAMO, timely informing leadership and escalates issues

  • Identifies and monitors key metrics and implements control enhancements as needed

  • Supports testing, exams, audits, inquiries and issue remediation as needed

High Risk Confidential Information Testing

  • Partners with GTO to execute Quarterly HRCI manual inspections within GBAMO

  • Builds required knowledge to support and triage File Share and SharePoint access and ownership inquiries

  • Maintains all documentation on HRCI and GIS Annual File Share/ SharePoint/ Application Owner Attestation socializing with Risk Leads

  • Identifies and monitors key metrics and implements control enhancements as needed

  • Supports exams, audits, inquiries and issue remediation as needed

AIT Annual Attestation

  • Partners with the GBAMO AIT Line of Business Primary Contact to review and attest to the assigned Record Code and Jurisdictions aligned to their application

  • Maintains all attestation documentation, Primary Contact and Technology (if required),  to provide to Global Records Management

  • Maintains GBAMO AIT procedures, support documents, and SharePoint

  • Builds required knowledge, Reporting, Allocation, AppHQ, to support AIT inquiries

  • Partners and collaborates with other Record Coordinators and Global Records Management to assist in reassignment of AIT(s) as needed

Records and Data Management

  • Builds knowledge of the Records Retention Standards to begin leading related adherence requirements and initiatives

  • Builds knowledge of the External Data Transmission Standard and PTS process to begin leading related adherence requirements and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with EDMG and/or GRM standards and policies

  • Operates continuously with an Operational Excellence and Risk Management mindset

  • Understanding of how metrics can aid in monitoring and controlling an environment 

  • Self-starter with a strong capability to anticipate change and implement

  • Ability to operate across multiple time zones 

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Acute attention to detail and flawless delivery

  • Exhibits intellectuality curiosity 

  • Ability to deliver against multiple priorities

Other:

  • Familiarity with AppHQ, ORCIT, eDIM, eIMS, and FileNet
